Post op..........

.... I had my Hysterectomy on 27th October and am slowly recovering. I was only in hospital for 5 days but I was glad to get home, it can be so noisy at times so didn't get much sleep.  I've not been doing much since I came home sleeping and watching a lot of TV.  I'm surprised how well I'm feeling now but it will still be another month or two before I get back to normal.

The more you look after yourself now the quicker you will recover so take it easy :)

It gets frustrating at times but taking it easy is the only way. Make the most of it and you will be raring to go.
