Nappy Liners

One of the new books I've just bought - Layers of Stitch mentions using Nappy liners. I've looked in local supermarkets and shops but not been able to get them, does anyone know where I can buy them in the UK.

Boots The Chemist, disposable nappy liners for cloth napppies, their own brand. The last ones I bought were in a blue pack but they change the packaging from time to time, they are with the baby wipes.

When I took Maggie Grey's course she said the Boots variety was the best however I have had a hard time trying to get them here in Scotland I am not sure if they make them any more. Let me know if you find them.

Thank you for your post on my blog.

I found that only main branches of Boots stock them, but I purchased some from ebay that were on a roll and they were much thicker so I was able to control more the burning with jos sticks. They also took paint well and the colors stayed vibrant

I hear boots don't sell them anymore - which was a major shock in these eco-friendly times! You can use agricultural fleece from garden centres instead - it's the stuff you wrap plants in to stop them getting frost. I am told it does just the same. i also hear that if you dry out baby wipes they work too, especially the cheaper ones. Hope this helps
